Why You Should Drink Warm Water & Lemon – Daily!

 The way you start your day is, and especially as we get older, very important. And if you dont believe me, why not run a few tests, record your results and see for yourself. There is heaps of data readily available on th net, and this will help to build your own belief system. After all, its your life and it should be done in-line to what you feel speaks to your soul.

We live such hectic lives at times, if not all the time for some. Your morning routine, your thoughts and alignment (or lack of) filter into the rest of your day.
